Coffeehouse is student-operated and financially self-sustaining. There are several managers with areas of that include general management, inventory, personnel, health code, as well as public relations. Coffeehouse workers are referred to as K.O.C.’s, or Keepers of the Coffee. Each person working in Coffeehouse is responsible for the success of Coffeehouse, carrying out its traditions and working to make it the best experience possible for those in the Rice community.
