Cakes are available in the following flavors:
Chocolate Raspberry Almond- yellow cake filled with raspberry jam and chocolate butter-cream, covered with chocolate butter-cream and toasted almonds
Chocolate Caramel Torte – Chocolate cake filled with chocolate caramel mousse, caramel, and covered with a chocolate glaze
Chocolate Raspberry Cake – chocolate cake filled with genache and raspberry filling. Iced with chocolate genache and chocolate shavings
Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Torte – chocolate cake soaked with raspberry liqueur syrup and filled with raspberry mousse
Strawberry Bavarian – White cake soaked with raspberry syrup, filled with strawberries and Bavarian mousse. Iced with butter cream icing or whipped topping.
German Chocolate Cake – chocolate cake filled with coconut-pecan filling and iced with chocolate icing
Carrot – moist carrot cake with cream cheese icing
Sacher Torte – single layer chocolate cake covered with apricot jam and then covered with a chocolate glaze
Coconut Cake – white cake filled with whipped icing and coated in coconut
Coconut Raspberry Cake – white cake layers, lemon butter cream, raspberry preserve and coconut
Hazelnut Torte – yellow cake soaked with hazelnut syrup, filled with hazelnut mousse and iced with hazelnut butter cream
Old Fashioned Yellow – yellow cake filled and iced with a creamy milk chocolate icing
Chocolate Celebration- chocolate cake soaked with coffee liqueur syrup, filled with Mexican chocolate mousse and covered with chocolate glaze and toasted almonds
Golden Citrus- yellow cake soaked with lemon syrup, filled with lemon curd and iced with butter-cream
Italian Cream Cake – Buttermilk yellow cake with coconut and pecans, and iced with cream cheese icing.
Hummingbird Cake- Moist cake filled with bananas, pecans and pineapple, then iced with a cream cheese icing and toasted pecans
Apricot Mousse Torte- Yellow cake soaked with apricot syrup and filled with apricots and apricot mousse. Topped with a thin layer of apricot glaze
Tiramisu – white cake soaked with coffee liqueur syrup and filled with mascarpone mousse
Cheesecake – 10-inch cheesecakes. Assorted flavors: Lemon cheesecake, Turtle cheesecake, Amaretto, Pumpkin, Chocolate, Cappuccino, Swirled with Raspberry. Serves 12-14
Tres Leches – 3 milk cake topped with whipped cream and strawberries. Served in 9×13 pan.
