Keepers of Coffee, known around Rice as KOCs, are the baristas who specialize in making your drink exactly how you want it.
KOC of the Month
Our KOCs of the Month are Izzy and David.
Izzy’s drink is the ENGLISH CHOCOLATE: Chocolate Freeze or Hot Chocolate with raspberry syrup. David’s drink is THE DARING JOHN WAREING: espresso, hazelnut, and a dash of half and half, topped with whipped cream. Give them a high five if you see them!
Employment
Want to be a KOC? We accept applications at the beginning of each semester. Check our Facebook/Twitter, stop by Coffeehouse, or apply online. You must be a current Rice student to work at Coffeehouse. We look for fun and friendly people that love coffee, squirrels, and rockin’ music. You must be willing to work a minimum of 6 hours a week.
